As you may have heard, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is currently spreading in the East Texas area. We are aware of the ongoing issues and challenges that have resulted because of COVID-19. Our team at The Tech Guy are very sympathetic and understanding to anyone affected by this virus. I want to personally reach out to you, our valued client, to update you on the actions that TTG is taking to help prevent the spread of the virus.

We continue to closely monitor the ongoing COVID-19 situation to ensure that the necessary steps are being taken to protect the health and safety of our clients and team members. At this time, we feel confident we can continue to operate our IT support services at our main office. If COVID-19 spreads, we are equipped to work remotely so that we can provide continuous IT support to each of you.

  • Many businesses are having to work remotely due to the spread of the virus. If you need assistance in making that a possibility for your team, our team can help you get setup with cloud deployment of your desktop installed.

Lastly, we will be continuing onsite technical support visits when needed. If the situation worsens, all onsite visits may be suspended.
